We are looking for an outgoing and efficient Starship Polymer Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, debugging and testing new cutting-edge polymers and exotic materials that contribute to the overall strength and capability of our interstellar spacecrafts. Experience in nanotechnology, virtual engineering, and interplanetary robotics is a plus. An innovative and determined mindset will be required, as you will be challenged to push the boundaries of current innovations. Join our team and help explore the galaxies!
Responsibilities
- Craft, debug and test new polymers
- Create effective designs and improve existing ones
- Analyze data and interpret findings
- Ensure that all designs adhere to safety guidelines
- Stay current with the latest technological advancements
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in nanotechnology and robotics
- Knowledge of exotic materials and polymers
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
