The Moonz Group are seeking an experienced Lunar Chef to join their team! Our Lunar Chef must possess excellent culinary expertise, knowledge of advanced and innovative food preparation methods and an eye for detail. As Lunar Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation with local ingredients on the moon and overseeing other members of the culinary team. You must be devoted to providing catering excellence and creating memorable experiences for our visitors. We have a team of experienced cooks and chefs, but require a leader who can take our lunar cuisine to the next level!
Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare and present unique menus utilizing local ingredients found on the moon
- Oversee the creation of new recipes and food presentations
- Supervise, manage and train other chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure the professional operation of the kitchen and timely delivery of high-quality food
- Maintain impeccable level of cleanliness and safety at all times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a food service/ culinary role
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask
- Creative ability to create unique menus and food concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
