At SYNW (Space exploration and Yielding New Worlds Initiative), we are looking for a skilled and passionate Extraterrestrial Life-form Biologist. This is an exciting opportunity as a part of a project that is exploring the reaches of deep space and discovering undiscovered life forms. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for exploring and observing the different extraterrestrial life forms that are out there. You will be expected to research the behavior, biology, and physiology of the creatures that you encounter, with an eye for the clinical and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Lead research projects related to the behavior, biology and physiology of extraterrestrial life forms
- Document the research findings and update team members on progress
- Provide guidance to junior team members when necessary
- Liaise with space exploration and research teams for any additional information/resources that might be required
- Analyze data collected and present in industry forums and conference
Qualifications
- A degree in Biology, Science, Astrophysics or related fields
- Extensive and proven knowledge in extraterrestrial biology and physiology
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- The ability to work both independently and in teams
