We are a leading provider of sustainable urban ecosystems specialized in equipping eco ninjas with the skills and tools to protect urban lifeforms. We are looking for dynamic, creative, and agile individuals to join our team of urban ecology ninjas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be adept at dealing with a variety of environmental and urban challenges.
Responsibilities
- Protecting urban habitats and their inhabitants from human-created threats
- Developing and implementing strategies for the conservation of urban natural resources
- Collaborating with other public and private stakeholders to develop efficient urban ecosystems
- Enhancing sustainability initiatives within the urban environment
- Conducting research to identify and characterize urban ecological systems
- Monitoring environmental trends that affect the urban ecology
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Urban Planning, Ecology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in environmental management or research
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental protection
- Excellent problem solving skills and innovation
- Comfort working with a diverse range of stakeholders and ecosystems
- Ability to think analytically, to assess problems, and to develop creative solutions
