The purpose of an Interspecies Mediator is to bridge gaps between different species/races in order to foster harmony, understanding, and create peace treaties that both sides are satisfied with. Successful candidates should have strong creativity and communication skills, be highly organized and diplomatic, and have a solid understanding of multiple cultures and customs. Knowledge of interspecies law and regulations is also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts between different species
- Develop and maintain peace treaties between species
- Foster understanding and harmony between species
- Inform species of changes or revisions to current peace treaties
- Research and report any violations to peace treaties
Qualifications
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Extensive knowledge of interspecies law and regulations
- A strong understanding of multiple cultures and customs
- Ability to create peace treaties that are mutually satisfactory
- Organizational and creative skills
