Officer
Twick Industries is searching for an experienced and dedicated Galactic Ethics and Compliance Officer to join our team and help ensure that the company adheres to all laws and regulations of inter-galactic travel and commerce. The ideal candidate will be able to keep a keen eye on our operations and identify any ethical or legal issues that arise while supervising and monitoring current policies to ensure compliance. This position will be highly visible and require excellent communication skills and a passion for integrity and ethical behavior.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate existing compliance policies
- Investigate potential ethical or legal issues
- Create and enforce new compliance policies and procedures
- Keep records of any non-compliance issues and corresponding corrective measures taken
- Provide regular training and guidance to employees regarding compliance issues
Qualifications
- 99% knowledge of galactic laws and regulations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate compliance
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify potential legal and ethical issues
