We are seeking an experienced and creative Inverted Gravity Engineer to join our team--someone who is capable of pushing the boundaries of advanced technological solutions. Our Inverted Gravity Engineer will be responsible for designing and constructing multi-level inverted gravity structures such as buildings and bridges. This requires a unique combination of engineering, physics, and material science in order to minimize cost and maximize structural integrity. Responsibilities
- Develop plans for inverted gravity structures and components using 3-D modeling software
- Work with a team of engineers to ensure structural integrity and safety of designs
- Create detailed models of proposed structures to analyze different loading conditions
- Research new materials and technologies to ensure cost-efficiency
- Test and inspect completed structures to guarantee they comply with safety regulations
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in 3-D modeling software programs
- Expertise in physics and material science
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
