Draxel Farms is searching for an Autonomous Agriculture Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Autonomous Manager to oversee farming operations and make sure our high-tech, automated processes are working as efficiently and economically as possible. You should be familiar with robotics, intelligent automation, and advanced artificial intelligence systems to ensure our high-performance industrial farming machines are running to their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated farming processes
- Test and evaluate new technologies, such as artificial intelligence algorithms
- Keep track of farming machine performance and address any issues
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the performance of agricultural operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an agriculture manager or autonomous agriculture supervisor
- Expertise in robotics, intelligent automation, and AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
