At Quantum Leap Technologies, we are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Anti-Gravity Tour Guide to lead our guests through the wonders of our zero-gravity experience. As an Anti-Gravity Tour Guide, you will have the opportunity to identify and offer quality customer service, manage and mentor tour guides in a team environment, and provide an unforgettable experience to our guests! Do you have what it takes to be an Anti-Gravity Tour Guide?
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute daily tours of the anti-gravity facility
- Provide the highest level of customer service to guests
- Demonstrate and explain the safety guidelines of the facility to guests
- Cultivate a team environment with other tour guides
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer complaints, when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of previous customer service and/or tour guide experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and think critically
