We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an International Time Zone Coordinator. This role consists of two main duties, which are to coordinate the official times across all the countries in the world and ensure there is proper communication between the different time zones. Potential candidates should have a passion for travel and technology and be able to stay organized in a hectic environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with working remotely and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date international time zone map
- Ensure seamless global time keeping protocols are maintained
- Coordinate and communicate changes in international time zones
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the proper implementation of international time keeping standards
- Regularly update and distribute international time zone maps
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced understanding of international time zones
- Flexible and able to work remotely
- Proficient in using various computer programs and apps
